Bulky Pick Up

Provided monthly in each ward from March through October – no appointment needed!  Items may only be placed at the curb on the Saturday or Sunday prior  to you ward’s scheduled week.

Place bulk items between the curb and sidewalk, not in the street. Smaller items should be in bundles, open cardboard boxes, or plastic bags. Do not place in garbage cans unless they are to be removed too.

 Accepted Items: Furniture, screens, windows, rugs (cut & tied), doors, toys, non-metal garden tools and misc. home items.

Unacceptable Items: construction or demolition debris or materials, mattresses, box springs, propane tanks, auto parts, tires, railroad ties, concrete, logs, dirt, rocks, TVs and fences.

Scrap metal and appliances are not collected with bulk waste. Please refer to DPW webpage for more information. 

Bulk items placed too early, or unacceptable items left curbside, are violations of township ordinance
