2023 Pick-Ups
Pick Up Type | Details |
---|---|
Spring Clean-up | Mid-March through the end of April. Place leaves, lawn debris, and small branches only 1 foot away from the curb, and do not block catch basins. |
Branch Pick-up | Branches are collected once monthly from April through September. Residents are permitted to place them curbside starting only on the third full week of the month. They will then be picked up during the fourth week of the month weather permitting as follows: April 24, May 22, June 26, July 24, August 28, and September 25 |
Grass Pick-up | Tuesdays starting in May through October. Grass must be in biodegradable bags or will not be collected. See the Grass Recycling page for more information |
Leaf Pick-up | End of October through December. Place leaves 1 foot away from the curb to allow water to flow. No branches in piles or they will not be collected. |
Bulk Pick-up | By appointment only from March through October. See the Bulky Pick-Up page for more information. |
Shade Tree Services | Permits are required to cut down any tree. Call DPW with any shade tree concerns such as trimming, removing, or diseased trees. Contractors are required to remove all debris. See the Shade Tree Services page for more information. |
Appliance and Scrap Metal Pick-up | By appointment only on Mondays March through October. Please complete the Appliance and Scrap Metal Pick-up form to schedule a pick-up for an appliance or scrap metal. The form must be submitted to DPW by 3 p.m. the Thursday before to schedule. (No propane tanks). |
Christmas Tree Removal | Place curbside beginning early in January. Final pick-ups are complete by the end of January. All decorations, plastic bags, and tree stands must be removed or the tree will not be collected. |
Snow Removal | Please keep cars off the streets during snow so DPW crews can completely clear and treat roadways throughout the community. |
Storm Clean-up | Watch email, town website, and social media for information about special pick-ups that may be scheduled in the aftermath of a storm. |
Electronic Drop-off | Some items can be dropped off at the DPW garage behind the Clark PD on the last Saturday of each month. See the Electronics Drop-off page for more information. |
Motor Oil Drop-off | Used motor oil can be dropped off at the DPW garage located behind the Clark PD Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Please do not leave empty containers. |
